David Cameron has given a speech to mark 1st November as 'non-election day', after Gordon Brown's U-turn decision not to hold the snap General Election that he had prepared for. Today would have been the day we go to the polls had Gordon Brown followed through with his original plan and given the people the chance to decide who should govern the country.
A new poster campaign has been launched to mark non-election day
