On Wednesday 14th November Chris White, Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Warwick and Leamington, gave a talk to North Leamington Neighbourhood Watch about the Conservative Party’s approach to Neighbourhood Policing.
The event, held at the Free Church on Lillington Road, saw dozens of local residents attend to hear about the Conservative Party’s proposals to radically reduce the burden on our police officers and fight back against crime and anti-social behavior.
Chris said: “The Conservatives have announced a three-pronged approach to dealing with crime and anti-social behavior – not just passing new legislation, but also looking at reforming the police to make them more visible and effective, and looking into the causes of the breakdown of our society as a whole.”
Tom Dobodoe, Chairman of North Leamington Neighbourhood Watch, said: “Chris was the first in a series of speakers that we are inviting to discuss Neighbourhood Policing in our community and we’re very pleased he was able to attend.”
